Thereafter, Gavin continued his education and attended Law School in Arizona where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence and practiced law successfully as a trial attorney in the State of Utah.

Jeff Rifleman received his Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Community Studies from the University of Utah and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law (San Antonio). He has managed a successful private law practice representing clients in a variety of legal matters, and has appeared before administrative, city, state and federal courts. He is a Master Mediator and Mentor on the Utah Court Roster, an active member of Utah Council on Conflict Resolution (UCCR), and an arbitrator for class action settlements. 

Prior to his legal career, Jeff worked extensively in the IT, digital imaging, network marketing, and e-Marketing / e-Commerce fields.
